Durham Neighborhoods United

Durham Neighborhoods United (DNU) was formed in 2013 to address the issues caused by Duke University off-campus fraternities and Student Living and Athletic Groups in the neighborhoods adjacent to the university. The organization is made up of residents from these neighborhoods who live near to these houses, and is open to anyone who has been affected by the activities of these houses. DNU's goal is to end the yearly cycle of mega-student parties and to make it extremely difficult for them to be held within Durham city limits.
